This player changed his playing position very early on in the season, settling well into the position and bringing to it his natural drive, determination and passion.
He's experienced highs and lows during the season, however he certainly appears to have learnt and progressed, taking the opportunity to play regularly very positively.
We believe this player has grown, developed and progressed massively this season, even scoring a couple of goals, giving him the best season he's had.

This player has been part of the team since the beginning, he has performed consistently season after season with the season being no different.
He forms a solid part of the defense, continually being in the right place at the right time, showing his exceptional aptitude for being able to read the game, making him very noticeably absent on the very rare occasions he isn't available to play.

This player always works hard in training, listening and doing what is asked, then continues that commitment and work ethic onto the pitch during a game.
He continually puts into practice what he has learnt and gained from training and from each game.
The improvement and development this player has made in his game and skills this season has been fantastic, and his attitude and commitment has been a real asset to the team, as well as the 6 goals he's scored.

As well as voting for their player player, the boys were asked to vote for who they felt had improved, developed and shown good skills throughout the season.
This was an award that provided strong, mixed voting choices and voting was exceptionally close.
The player receiving the award has improved and developed their skills even though I know they have found the season difficult and challenging at times, due to Paul and myself taking on the Management of the team.
His coolness on the penalty spot and his 'bend it like Beckham@ free kicks and corners are maybe why clinched him the votes.
